Houses fit for royalty!

Our field team has been working long and hard on making our new facilities even better than our last ones. Their last project has been constructing dog and sheep shelters.

Though both the Bankhar and livestock are incredibly tough and very well adapted to the harsh Mongolian steppe, they do need somewhere to escape the snow and winter, especially as winter really starts to set in. The houses are big enough to be comfortable but small enough to fill with body heat as the sheep or dogs huddle together. Here are photos of the construction process and some of the finished houses!
